Let's Help Ty's family!

Ty's family is already through most of the adoption process. They are in the process of adopting another little boy named Peter and have decided to adopt Ty as well! They are just waiting for a travel date so they can go get their sons! They have two children (a boy and a girl) of their own. Their son has Down Syndrome, too. Please pray for them and if you can donate to help them with the funds that are still needed! Just click donate on the donation box to the right of the screen. Also, remember, you will receive a Christmas ornament with Ty's picture on it for any donations over $35. Any amount always helps though. :)

Now I have a donation box!!

I have now added a donation box on the right hand of the screen, so it is easier for you to be able to make a donation to help sweet Ty find a family. I am excited to see he already has $40 for his angel tree. My goal, as his Christmas warrior, is to raise at least $1,000 for him. Remember donating is not the only way you can help. Prayer is definitely needed! Also, please share this blog with others, so more people have a chance to help precious Ty!

Donations to Reece's Rainbow as adoption grants have made it possible for more than 500 children with Down Syndrome and other special needs to find their "forever families" in only five years!

The Christmas Angel Tree Project is their #1 fundraiser for the year. The average cost to adopt a child internationally is $20,000!! Your sponsorship donation for a child can mean they never have to spend another Christmas alone.

You DON'T HAVE TO ADOPT to make a difference! Give the "gift of a family" with your donation this holiday season. Any size donation helps!

With your gift of $35 or more, you will receive a beautiful photo ornament of your sponsored child. This is a special way to "share Christmas" with an orphaned child and have an ornament to remember the gift you have given.

Reece's Rainbow is a 501(c)3 public charity which promotes the international adoption of children with Down Syndrome and other special needs.

Due to the confidentiality of donating I request that you let me know if you donated so I can thank you properly! I do not need to know the amount, because the amount does not matter, the love that you are showing does!

Help Ty find a family!

Ty is a sweet 3 year old boy who is now facing the institution in the coming year.  He will be sent where "The Lost Boys" go.  Ty is listed as healthy with no medical complications.  He deserves life in a FAMILY! Born October 2008

It has been proven that children with a good fund are most likely to get a family. Adopting internationally is expensive and most families that want to adopt can't afford it. Having a fund to start with is helpful for the adoption process.
I am Ty's Christmas warrior. (Ty is his Reece's Rainbow name.) This precious boy is 3 and if he does not get a family soon, he will be sent to an institution.  Most children die within the first year of being sent to an institution. It is a horrible place for anyone, let alone a little child. Ty is a healthy little boy. The only reason he was rejected by his family is because he was born with down syndrome. Let's help Ty find a family where he can thrive and grow like other children.
How you can help:
1- Pray for this little boy!
2- Donate money to his fund. To do this click on his picture at the right of the screen where it says I am his Christmas warrior. This will take you to the Angel Tree info page. Read it and click on the link at the bottom that says: CLICK HERE to view and sponsor the "waiting angels" on our
After you click that, read the info and scroll down to find Ty. Click on Donate. If you donate at least $35, you get a Christmas ornament with his picture on it.
3- Share this blog with others so others can help him too. :)
4- Maybe you are his family, pray for God's direction in that. ;)
